Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Heapr account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open Heapr and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account, inventory items, photos, and all personal information are removed immediately. Database backups containing the data expire within 30 days.

Option 2: By email

If you can no longer access the app, email admin@heapr.app from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 business days.
