Everything you need
Track everything you own, privately. Then share, lend, or give what you don't need — only with the friends you choose.
Add items with photos, description, condition, location, categories, and tags. Private by default. Search and filter your whole inventory in one tap.
Storage, Garage, Attic, Office. Assign items to named locations and move them in bulk when you reorganize.
Browse items your friends have marked as available. Everything stays within your friend network — no strangers, no marketplace.
Friends request items from Discovery. You choose: lend it temporarily (they'll return it) or give it permanently (ownership transfers to them).
Items you're borrowing appear in your inventory with a badge. The owner can mark them returned at any time. Full visibility, no confusion.
Snap a picture and Heapr suggests a name and category — entirely on your phone. You stay in control. Tap a chip to accept, or type your own.
Native iOS and Android. Dark mode, push notifications, haptics, and a keyboard-aware UI throughout.
On-device suggestions
Take a photo and Heapr offers a few name suggestions and a likely category — entirely on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, no cloud API is called, and the photo never leaves your device for analysis. The goal isn't magic — it's to save a few taps while you stay in control.
How it works
Designed so adding an item feels quick, not like data entry.
Photo, name, location. Private by default — visible to nobody but you.
Toggle visibility on any item. Choose all friends, or pick specific people.
Items appear in your friends' Discovery feed. They tap to request, you get a push notification.
You decide: lend it (they return it later), give it (ownership transfers), or decline.
